fate of locked bicycle in AIT

FYI:
Please, see what happens to locked bicycles in AIT, you can imagine what
will happen to unlocked, :(

Dear SU Campus and Environment,

Thanks for educating regarding locking bicycles properly.

For your reference, I am attaching the picture taken on 2nd September,
2012 by my mobile. I would like to show all students to see that picture
regarding bicycle theft/stolen.

What to say when even locked bicycles are stolen as shown in the picture.

I will also try to request students to beware of thieves and lock your
bicycles with double or triple locks. This seems to be a joke, but it isn't.
Its all happening during these days in AIT.
