To be eligible for admission to the degree, a candidate should:
/ Hold a Bachelors degree (normally from a four-year program) or its equivalent specified by the Academic Program from an institution of recognized standing;
/ Have Bachelors grades significantly above average;
/ Have satisfactory physical and mental health to pursue academic studies at the graduate level.

Doctoral Degree Program
To be eligible for admission to the regular doctoral degree program, an applicant must:
/ Have strong academic records (and normally hold a four years Bachelors degree), and a Masters degree preferably with a combination of course and thesis work.
